Each of my videos is a fully original and transformative creation. I develop entirely fictional scenarios based on anime universes like Naruto and Boruto, using my own voice, scripts, editing, and AI-generated artwork that is not taken directly from the anime but reimagined and visually reconstructed from scratch. All animations, transitions, and storytelling elements are uniquely crafted and heavily modified to create a new narrative experience for the viewer.

My content aims to be educational, analytical, and entertaining, offering original insights, reinterpretations, and world-building that expand the viewer’s understanding of the fictional universe. These efforts involve research, scriptwriting, image generation, voiceover work, and video editing — often taking over 10 hours per video to complete.

In accordance with Section 107 of the Copyright Act (Title 17 of the U.S. Code), this work qualifies as Fair Use because:

It is transformative in nature: the purpose is to educate, entertain, and comment on fictional worlds, not to replicate or replace the original.

It uses only what is necessary to support the narrative and all elements are heavily modified or entirely recreated.

It does not affect the market value of the original work and is not a substitute for it.

It is non-commercial in essence, focused on commentary, storytelling, and fan engagement.

Furthermore:

I do not use raw copyrighted footage or audio from the original series.

All visual assets are either created by me, AI-generated, or manually altered using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and other software to ensure uniqueness.

No third party is allowed to re-upload, reuse, or redistribute my videos without my explicit permission.

This channel exists out of genuine admiration for the creative works that inspire it, and my goal is to celebrate and expand upon them through respectful, imaginative reinterpretation.
