Welcome to the, “Clifton, Past and Present”, Slideshow, version 2, (Clifton, Nottingham).
This is an update of the previous, much smaller show from March 2021, which had 143 photos, and ran for just 12 minutes.
This update was completed in February 2025, and it contains 487 photos, and has a running time of 1 Hour and 10 minutes.
The slideshow is made up of 12 sections, backed by some old popular hits. The 12 sections are: -
1, Clifton Colliery & Wilford Power Station
2, Ruddington
3, Clifton Village
4, Clifton Grove
5, Clifton Hall
6, Old and recent Public Transport
7 Early Ring Road, Bridges, Islands etc,
8, Main Clifton Estate
9, Clifton Churches
10, Clifton Schools & Colleges
11, Clifton Pubs
12, the Tram System.
