What is the R-Value? The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation. It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor. The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress.

We display on all our sleeping bags the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to European standard ISO 23537-1 of 21/01/2017. The comfort temperature rating is the lower limit at which the user in relaxed posture is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (for a standard woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag according to this criterion.

What is the comfort limit temperature? The comfort limit temperature is the temperature limit at which a person curled up in the sleeping bag is in general thermal equilibrium, neither too cold nor too hot (determined for a man in normal conditions of use).

Tips before getting into your bag: Dress simply (just one layer of clothing is enough). Warm-up your extremities: hats, gloves, socks, hand-warmers, padding, etc. A flask of hot water can be used as a hot waterbottle (as long as there's no risk of accidental opening!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat) but without making any movement generating a cold airstream. To wash your sleeping bag less often, use a sleeping bag liner. Outer fabric and lining: 100% polyester | Wadding: 100% polyester 100 g/m² wadding. We advise you to use a washing machine with a minimum capacity of 7 kg and to close the zips of your sleeping bag well.

QUECHUA CAMPING LAMP - BL200 RECHARGEABLE - 200 LUMENS:

The battery has a capacity of 2500 milliamps. The lamp battery is rechargeable thanks to its micro-USB port. You can recharge it using: a power socket, car cigarette lighter or any standard USB port (including a solar panel). You can also use your smartphone’s charging cable and charger, or a powerbank.. Allow 3 hours 40 minutes for a full recharge on the 220V mains socket. The battery level indicator shows you the battery charge level. When there is 10% energy left, the lamp flashes. Quechua has designed a rotating ignition system to prevent you from inadvertently lighting the lamp when it is in your bag. If you hang your lamp up, coloured base at the top, you have 360° lighting for better group illumination. The red light ensures a softer, less aggressive and less dazzling light for your eyes.
