News footage shot by Sacramento's KCRA-TV that documents the Black Panther protest at the California State Capitol Building in Sacramento. The film also captures the subsequent police detention of many Black Panther members at a Union 76 gas station across from the Hubacher Cadillac dealership. The Mulford Bill, which sparked the protest, forbid carrying loaded weapons in public. KCRA reporters Spencer Michaels and Vic Biondi conducted interviews with Panther members Bobby Seale and Huey Newton, Governor Ronald Reagan, other unidentified Panther members, an employee of Union 76 gas station, and witnesses of the protests at the Capitol building.
