Synopsis: Joker has escaped from Arkham Asylum and taken command of all of Gotham's villains, including Two-Face, Penguin, Riddler, and Killer Croc. Batman is on his way to save the city, but what he doesn't know is that this is no ordinary night. Darkseid is involved, and the fate of the world hangs in the balance.

A story filled with broken promises, immortality, apocalypse, destiny, and time travel. But the biggest surprise of all is the revelation of Joker's true origin and real name.
