Shot from September 2017 to February 2018, this time lapse film captures Network Rail's recent redevelopment work at Liverpool Lime Street Station.
Vital upgrades to platforms and signalling were carried out- which are essential for the smooth movement of trains coming in and out of the station. Network Rail plan to carry out more redevelopment work on the station in the summer.
Lime Street’s transformation is a key part of the £340m railway investment in the Liverpool City Region, which sits within the Great North Rail Project.
