THE UK'S WILDEST BEACH RACE! PURE CARNAGE!

My very first Weston Beach Race was the 40th Anniversary event! This thing is absolute carnage but there is just something about it that makes you loved it & hungry for more next year! It's possibly one of the most tiring races i've ever done due to the track just getting harder to ride the more laps you did, plus its sand so you can't rest unless you physically pull over and stop. I try to put as much of my first lap in as I can, so this is the POV from an average first timers point of view! Around 650 competitors took the the sand & as you'll see there were a fair few that never made it to the end! I finished 312th and 5th in the Womens! Can't wait to go back next year!
