Originally sung by Momoiro Clover Z, Tsukiiro Chainon (aka Moon Color Chainon or 月色 Chainon) was the theme song from the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal The Movie. When I first listened to it I knew it would be good to do it justice as an English cover and as well celebrate 25 years since the last Sailor Moon feature film was released back in 1996.

So I got back together with Caroline Gordon for singing and Anselmo Koch for graphic work, but wanted to make it not your usual cover so got in touch with various Sailor Moon cosplayers and fan artists as a collaboration effort.

Like my other previous covers, supporting the single by downloading or streaming the song via the link supplied will benefit the UK charity Fareshare. They are the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. Together, taking good quality surplus food from right across the food industry.
