New cycle kicks off June 9 and runs through August 17 — and it might be our best one yet.
This summer’s training includes:
🔸 3 Strength days built around the Cube Method (bench, squat, deadlift).
🔸 Smart accessory work paired push/pull/legs style.
🔸 Conditioning that rotates weekly to prevent burnout — think Norwegian 4x4s, classic CrossFit, aerobic zone 2, and aerobic base building.
🔸 Minimal effective dose = consistency = progress
We’re not reinventing the wheel — we’re just refining it. Every cycle teaches us something. This one is about strength, structure, and staying excited to train while still getting outside and living your life.
