My TEDxTalk—What insights did I gain from preparing a talk?

I recently gave a talk about the importance of developing strong writing skills.

In preparation for this talk I gained three very valuable insights that I want to share with you. These insights can be the difference-makers in your talk being a success or not.

These insights are:
Make sure you understand the context of your talk
Be prepared

Know that there’s a big difference between writing to be heard and writing to be read.
