Kanga Cottage Mini-Compound! Breezeways and porches with a tiny guest house! Pt. 1

In another video from our instagram archive, this Kanga project is comprised of two 16x20 (320 sqft.) connected by a long porch and breezeway. One 16x20 unit houses the kitchen and living area, the other a master bed/bath suite. The detached 14x20 (280 sqft.) guest unit also has a 20' front porch and a bedroom suite with private bathroom. Perfect for your little getaway in the country.

This video shows off our "shell stage" where the building is near complete on the exterior with the inside still needing to be finished out. Many of our customers choose purchase a "shell" in which Kanga Room's will deliver and install a fully dried in building that is about 95% complete on the exterior and leaves the interior for the customer to finish out with their own time and resources. A shell installation usually only takes 1-2 days for a smaller building, and less than a week even for larger buildings. We also give you the option of doing the rough-ins for plumbing and electrical.
