This time, I made strawberry roll cake with a delicious strawberry.
Roll cake is also called swiss roll or dojima roll(it is japanese word!)
I used whole strawberries inside the roll cake, so the side is beautiful.
When I put the cream and rolled the roll cake, I chilled so much that it broke apart a little. It won’t break apart when it is little bit warm.
△Ingredients(11*15 square pan)
▴Roll Cake
6 eggs
45g(3Tbsp) sugar:for egg white
45g(3Tbsp):for egg yolk
57g(1/4cup) vegetable oil
60g(1/4cup) milk
136g (3/4cup+3Tbsp) pastry flour
▴Icing
500ml(2cup) heavy cream
45~50g(1/4cup) sugar
