Chicken (bone-in) – 500g, washed and cleaned
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

Water – 1 to 1.5 cups (adjust consistency)
Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
