Sensei Guy Hagen demonstrates 18 different flexibility and warmup exercises performed with a jo (short staff), inspired by Yoga and a few decades of various martial arts practices. The short staff provides excellent leverage and expansion for opening up your lats and upper back, and for building flexibility in your shoulders.
As always - train safely, and don't do anything that your doctor would make your doctor roll her eyes.
