RECIPE :
Masala Gur
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups grated Jaggery
1/2 tsp Ghee
1 cup Fox nuts (Makhana)
1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/2 cup toasted Peanuts
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Method:
Grate the jaggery.
Heat 1 tsp ghee and roast the makhana.
Melt the jaggery in the pan and add in all the spices and nuts. Mix well.
Remove from heat and remove in a greased plate. Allow to cool down completely and break into pieces to serve.
