पेपर लीक मामले में दिनेश खोड़निया का बड़ा बयान, आरोपों को बताया झूठ
एआईसीसी सदस्य एवं पूर्व जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष दिनेश खोड़निया ने गुरुवार को सागवाड़ा में आयोजित प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में पेपर लीक मामले को लेकर अपने खिलाफ प्रकाशित खबरों पर कड़ा विरोध जताया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि एक अखबार में उनके खिलाफ छपी खबर पूरी तरह निराधार, झूठी और तथ्यहीन है।
खोड़निया ने कहा कि अखबार में प्रकाशित समाचार में दावा किया गया है कि पेपर लीक मामले में आरपीएससी के पूर्व सदस्य बाबूलाल कटारा ने ईडी की पूछताछ में यह स्वीकार किया कि उसने आरपीएससी सदस्य बनने के लिए तत्कालीन डूंगरपुर जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष दिनेश खोड़निया से 1.20 करोड़ रुपये में सौदा किया था तथा खोड़निया के निकट सहयोगी अशोक जैन को दो किस्तों में 40 लाख रुपये दिए थे।
इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए दिनेश खोड़निया ने कहा, “मैंने न तो किसी की सिफारिश की है और न ही किसी से एक भी रुपया लिया है। बाबूलाल कटारा द्वारा कही गई सभी बातें पूरी तरह गलत हैं। मुझे नहीं पता कि उसने मेरा नाम क्यों लिया।” उन्होंने बताया कि कटारा से पूछताछ के बाद ईडी द्वारा उनके यहां सर्च की गई थी, जिसमें 24 लाख रुपये जब्त किए गए थे, लेकिन
“तीन माह पहले ही ये राशि विधिवत रूप से रिलीज करवा ली गई है। अब पूरा मामला क्लियर हो चुका है।”
खोड़निया ने दोहराया कि उन्होंने कभी किसी अभ्यर्थी या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के लिए कोई सिफारिश नहीं की और न ही किसी तरह का लेन-देन किया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि
“जो खबरें लगातार छप रही हैं, उनके पीछे कांग्रेस के ही एक बड़े नेता का हाथ है, जो भाजपा नेताओं से मिले हुए हैं और राजनीतिक द्वेष के चलते मेरी छवि खराब करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।” प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में खोड़निया ने यह भी चेतावनी दी कि “यदि इस तरह की झूठी और भ्रामक खबरें प्रकाशित होती रहीं, तो ऐसे पत्रकारों और संबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ मानहानि का दावा किया जाएगा।”
Dinesh Khodania's strong statement on the paper leak case, calls the allegations false
AICC member and former District Congress President Dinesh Khodania strongly protested against the news published against him regarding the paper leak case at a press conference held in Sagwara on Thursday. He clearly stated that the news published against him in a newspaper was completely baseless, false, and without any factual basis.
Khodania said that the news published in the newspaper claimed that former RPSC member Babulal Katara had admitted during ED questioning that he had struck a deal with the then Dungarpur District Congress President Dinesh Khodania for Rs 1.20 crore to become an RPSC member, and had given Rs 40 lakh in two installments to Khodania's close associate Ashok Jain.
Responding to this, Dinesh Khodania said, “I have neither recommended anyone nor taken a single rupee from anyone. Everything said by Babulal Katara is completely false. I don't know why he took my name.” He said that after Katara's questioning, the ED had conducted a search at his premises, during which Rs 24 lakh was seized, but
“This amount was duly released three months ago. Now the whole matter is clear.”
Khodania reiterated that he had never recommended any candidate or any other person, nor had he engaged in any kind of transaction. He alleged that
