Cold Vegetable Oil Pressing Featuring AWS IoT (Industry 4.0)

Today, I conducted the first pressing session. This time, the focus was on getting the throat to the right temperature and pressing at moderate RPMs, while making sure data traffic remains on. For this first test, I used local control for ON/OFF and RPM, but Modbus TCP based field bus communication is in place both for reading operating data, and for sending all the necessary commands from the computer. This means, everything is ready for an A.I.-based pressing session (at least for a basic one).
