How to See Through the 'I' During Awakening

~ What is truly real cannot be borrowed: It must be discovered within.
In this video, I explore the power of self-inquiry on the path of awakening. Spiritual realization begins when we stop taking others’ words for truth and start looking into the nature of our own minds. We often mistake ourselves to be a separate “someone” inside (an object in awareness), when in fact, this very belief is the root of our suffering.
Through sincere inner looking, we begin to see that just because something feels true doesn't mean it is true. Awakening is not about adopting new ideas, but about becoming conscious of the awareness behind all thoughts. This is the invitation, to find out for ourselves what we really are.
