When you create a macro, you can use the Macros button, or a custom keyboard shortcut to execute it. However, you can also place the macro on the Quick Access Toolbar, which gives a button to press, as well as a generic numbered keyboard shortcut. In this video tutorial, Neil Malek from Knack Training demonstrates how a macro for Center Across Selection can be placed on the Quick Access Toolbar after being recorded to the Personal Macro Workbook.
