Temporal bone has one of the most complicated anatomy in the body. Radiological anatomy is even more difficult. This video is an introduction to understanding the High Resolution Computerized Tomography (HRCT) of the temporal bone. The video describes several tips and mnemonics to comprehend the Radiological anatomy easily, used by the author. This video will be followed by several other videos describing normal radiological anatomy of the temporal bone using different HRCT views, special views required to assess some specific entities, congenital anomalies including inner ear abnormalities, and all pathological aspects. This is the video of inaugural session of K-ENT Innovative Master Class 2020, an Initiative of Karnataka ENT Hospital & Research Center (R), and Champions Educational and Medical Society (R), Chitradurga, Karnataka, India.
