Howth Summit Run is a 10K [6.2M] mountain trail run organised by GAELFORCE Events. Can mountain biking help with running? Not being a regular runner I decided to sign up and test my endurance from riding mountain bikes and swimming. Result? See yourself.
It was a fantastic day out, excellent workout. Perfect gig for overall wellness. I think the end of the video shows it well :).
