The ghost fish return with a vengeance. This is the problem pretty much every heavy weapon has, making it preferable to either use fire wheels or do on-landing jumps to escape ghost fish because these weapons have slower startups and bigger openings for a small fish to latch on to. Otherwise, there's a rough Jotunfrau fight and a cheeky fire worm, but it's otherwise a pretty smooth run of the chapter. This is also the last chapter where the War Hammer does well, unfortunately.
This is an edited down portion of one of my streams, where I played Ninja Gaiden Sigma on Master Ninja with mods to let me start with the War Hammer. I cut the deaths into a montage at the end and track them. The mods used in this playthrough are as follows:
