In this Iran vlog Indian with Iran Muslim girl sitting in a yogic position and chanting Mantras . Surprisingly being Muslim Iran girl follows Hinduism & Hindu culture . First of all Zeynab will introduce herself in the Iran vlog , she don’t speaks hindi but still she can chants Mantras in sanskrit . As we both sits together and started chanting Mantras . First of all we chants Maa Gayatri Mantra twice and then Maa Kali Mantra twice and at last Maa Varahi Mantra twice . All Mantras Iran Muslim girl and Indian Hindu boy did together .

Zeynab has her coaches who lives in foreign countries and not in Iran and she get her lessons online through them in Persian / Farsi language . After chanting Mantras , as we were on this topic so I also explained about myself , about my story , how much contribution I have in the field of Yoga as since my childhood I was very active in Yoga & meditation. I used to lot of Tratak a kind of pointed meditation while looking at the single point made on wall or at the flame of a candle and sits still fro 10 / 15 minutes or also half an hour depends you have to increase your strength slowly and slowly .
