This webinar was led by TDHCA staff and provides training on upcoming changes for the 811 PRA program with the implementation of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA). The intention of this webinar was to serve as an informational session for housing partners and gave an opportunity for general questions about implementation HOTMA for the 811 PRA program. Staff did not discuss specific properties or issues of noncompliance. This was focused on Interim Recertifications and part 2 in a three-part series.
