See how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta with the Thermomix 💚
Ingredients
2 Large Eggs
200g Pasta Tipo “OO” Flour
Place the eggs & flour into the TM bowl & use the kneading function for 2 mins. The texture will look like popcorn or bread crumbles. Squeeze some of the mixture together in your hand & it should hold together. You don't want the dough to be sticky.
Using your pasta machine feed the dough through on the widest setting, fold the dough over 1 third & fold the other side over on top so you have 3 layers (watch the video) and feed the dough back through the pasta machine. Do this a couple more times before turning the pasta machine down to the next level. Feed the dough through each level until ypu get to your desired thickness, remembering the pasta will expand when cooking.
Use the pasta as it is for lasagna sheets or use the pasta machine to make spaghetti or fettuccine.
Cook your fresh pasta in salted boiling water for 1-2 mins so that its stil al dente, has a slight bite to it.
Enjoy with your favourite sauces.
