A step-by-step slideshow covering the conversion of my van to four wheel drive. Along with converting, I included the building of the 4x4 transmission and transfer case. Also included are the details of installing the stand alone transmission controller.

Vehicle: 1985 Ford Clubwagon, 6.9L idi N/A
Axles: front is Dana 44HD from Pathfinder van, rear is Dana 61 FF.
Transmission: E4OD with Stage 3 upgrades.
Transmission Controller: Shift 1 v1 from U.S. Shift.
Torque Convertor: 3 Disc, billet with low stall (1800) and 4 bolt.
Transfer Case: Borg Warner 1356 from F350 tow truck.
Brakes: 1-ton 4 piston calipers up front, stock drums rear (for now.)
Brake lines: Skyjacker braided stainless F250 set for 6-8 inch lift.
Wheels: Eagle Alloys 058 Series 16x8 w/8x6.5, zero offset.
Tires: Toyo AT2, 295/75R16 E
