Motorcycle Oil Change - Kawasaki Ninja ZX9r

How to do a motorcycle oil change on most modern motorcycles, done on my 2000 E1 Kawasaki Ninja ZX9r. For supersport bikes and other performance bikes a highly recommend Motul 7100 Fully Synthetic motor oil, since using it my bike run on average three degrees Celsius cooler.
