Improved version (v2.0) of the original Cost Optimization Deep Dive for Amazon RDS SQL Server released on 2022. This version of the RDS SQL Server Cost Optimization Deep Dive session also covers cost optimization strategies for RDS SQL Server in terms of cost monitoring, compute optimization, storage optimization, SQL Server edition optimization, data transfer optimization, and database consolidation; but now it also includes a sample workload extracted from actual customer engagements to help contextualize how these recommendations can be applied and its actual cost implications.
