This is how much it cost me to start my poultry farm in Burkina Faso

I am sure you ran into the issue of lack of information if you have been wanting to invest in your home country in Africa.
How much will it cost me to start a poultry farm ?
How much will I make? Is it profitable? etc.
Well I was in the same boat a few years ago.
When I decided to invest, I went looking for information about costs so that I can make an informed decision, but information was not easily available.
I paid someone in the sector to conduct a feasibility study for us, which was a good start but after having actually gone ahead with the investment, I would like to share with you how much some of the infrastructure cost us to set up. I am sharing this information with the sole hope that it helps you make a decision. Of course this will vary across countries, so please don’t take this as the norm everywhere on the continent.
