This video is Baking Day in my beginner-friendly, no-perfection-required sourdough sandwich bread series.
These loaves were cold-fermented in the fridge for two days, then baked straight from the fridge to the oven. I walk through the baking process, cut into the finished loaves, and do a simple taste test at the end.
The loaves turned out a little lopsided — and that’s okay — because they tasted absolutely delicious. This video is a reminder that sourdough doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth making. It’s about learning, flexibility, and building confidence one bake at a time.
