OM 136.10 Hz - Pure Tone - 9 Hours

This frequency is used in sound therapy to relieve cramps and tension; it has a calming effect and dissolves anxieties and fears. Technically it corresponds to the frequency of an Earth year, 32 octaves above the original frequency (to make it audible).
Please, use low volume when listening and use an audio playback system that can reproduce this frequency (or headphones); built-in speakers in laptops, smartphones and tablets are unable to fully reproduce this frequency.

If you want to check the accuracy of the frequency, there is a 100% accurate test, a little complicated to put into practice, but infallible (the simplest method to perform this test is using a computer); the example I report below is with the frequency 174 Hz, but it can be adapted to all the frequencies you want to check (obviously adapting it to the frequencies you are checking)
download a free DAW with a tone generator (or even more than one DAW for further verification)
try to generate a sine tone (174 Hz)
now listen to the generated sound together with the tone in the video, they are perfectly in sync (if they are in perfect phase the volume will increase, if instead the phase is reversed the two sounds will cancel each other) this is the sign that the two frequencies are identical
now try to generate a tone at 173 Hz and listen to it together with the tone of the video, now the two overlapping sounds generate a kind of amplitude modulation: this means that the two overlapping frequencies are not identical (the volume goes up and down, 1 Hz monaural beat, the difference between 174 and 173 Hz)
With this test you can verify that the tone in the video is very accurate
