Walking the Length of Norway 🇳🇴 | Norge på langs – Part 1: The Beginning

The start of my Norwegian thru-hike – Summer 2025
I started my hike in Lindesnes, the southernmost point of Norway, and began walking all the way towards Nordkapp, a beautiful adventure of roughly 2,700 to 3,000 kilometers.

This is the first episode in a three-part series covering the entire journey. The first episode shows the southern section of the trail.

The southern part of Norway turned out to be quite a challenge. Hiking through the big national parks; Hardangervidda, Skarvheimen, Jotunheimen, and Rondane was an incredible experience. The first week in the mountains, from Ljosland to Haukeliseter, was definitely the toughest section.

At some point, I’ll upload my GPX files from the trip on my website, which you can find below.
