Some sections of the San miguel - Babatngon road is currently under construction and subjected for road repairs and upgrading.
DPWH observed that more motorists use this route instead of traveling thru the national highway from Tacloban City to San Miguel Leyte considering the travel time and relaxing views.
San Miguel is about 48 kilometers away from Tacloban City, traversing a paved road.
