Milwaukee, WI ACA P-15 (9/12 Port) Siren Test, Alert & Attack

Because I didn't have class at noon today and this siren is very close to my college campus, I decided to take the bus over to this Penetrator as I remembered that it is the second Wednesday of the month after my first class. So I packed up my equipment, and got on the bus to Moody park at around 11:14. The original plan was to do the Whitefish Bay Allertor, but I decided not to do that because it was going to be windy there and I had a bad feeling it would fail and I knew this thing goes off reliably. Good thing I did, as after the test, Nestor texted me and said that the Allertor failed. Also, before the test some guy walked up to me and asked what I was up to so I just told him that I am here to film the siren test which should happen at noon. Shortly after it hit noon, this thing fires right up in alert and I was super excited as I was really thinking it would fail, especially since I saw that there was some crap hanging on the antenna which made me skeptical. Luckily tho, that didn't happen. It was also fun to hear my first dual tone P-15 and also my second 9/12 port siren. This thing was very loud, a bit louder than the 1003 I filmed in back August and was really painful too. It shook the ground even 300 feet away but was still quieter than the PN-20 which wasn't really a surprise as this is only 125dB at 100 feet. You can also hear a couple nearby P-50s throughout the test. Hope y'all enjoy this awesome Milwaukee county test!
