PURPOSE: - The Machine is useful for making the Paper Sheets from the Ready Pulp.
MOULD: - The Drum consist 8 Nos. Spiders are mounting on E.N-8. Shaft on equal distance. 196 Nos. S.S 202 step 48”Length x 15mm Width and 3mm Thickness are cross fitted in the Group made on spiders. Finally the Mould Dia is 48” and Face Length 48”. The Mould assembly is then covered with Wire Mesh 40 x 5 Mesh supporting wire.
VAT: - The M.S. Fabricated Vat made from 4 to 5 mm thick Plate for Different portions with necessary coverage to suit Mould with Inflow and Counter Flow connections.
ROLLS: 1 no. couch roll covered with rubberize 45%
6 nos. felt roll covered with ebonite 100%.
1 no. press roll rubberizes coated 80%.
1 no. M.S. pin cut roll.
1 no. worm roll covered with ebonite
1 no. baby press roll covered with rubberizes 55 to 60%.
1no. baby press roll covered with ebonite with M.S. pin cut roll suitable for the mould is also given with the machine.
SECTION BOX: - 3 Nos. M.S Fabricated section Boxes with Poly Pack.
PAPER MAKING ROLL: -Roll as per your size requested made of S.S. 304. The machine declare 60”x 32”Ø, Roll, Machine will be pneumatic
SHOWER PIPE: 3 Nos. Shower Pipe made out from G.I Pipe will also provide for Washing Purpose.
FELT: - The Felt having the Size of 60” Width as per client’s requirement.
GEAR BOX: - Gear Box having the size of 5” CR 30:1 ratio as per your requirement
