Purchased this property built in 1902 in the historic Lakewood Heights neighborhood of Atlanta, this property can be found on the national and local register of historic places of Atlanta, and literally across the street from where I grew up…
For those not familiar with the area; established in the late 19th century, it was a predominantly Jewish working-class community but gradually changed to a predominately African American working-class community; around 2010 a noticeable amount gentrification could be observed.
So I plan to restore and hold on to this piece of Atlanta history.
