I have re-uploaded this video due to a formatting issue, I have reformatted it and its all good again.
In this video I installed the trailing arms and Panhard rod to the rear axle of my lada niva (the real beast from the east), and I fit the polyurethane bushes to the dampers. It's quite an easy job but there are things you can do to make it easier for the diy mechanic.
