During a trainingcamp I will follow my own teaching/learning strategy, based on fundamental themes of the speedskating technique.
The focus is always on the individual, my most important and unique skill as a coach is, being able to adapt to the personal learning preference of every participant.
Using my extensive collection of trainingexercises, I’m always able to maximize trainingeffect for the individual skater.
