Roasted Gram(भुने चने)
Ghee(घी)
Milk(दूध)
Malai (मलाई)
Dessicated Coconut (नारियल का बूरादा)
Powder Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)
Cardamom (इलायची)
Almonds(बादाम)
Pistachio Nuts(पिस्ता)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
First of all, take out the skins of Roasted Chickpeas and grind it then put Ghee and Roasted Chickpeas powder in a pan and fry it on slow gas, then add Milk and cook it well, Then add sugar,malai and dessicated coconut, green cardamom then put it on a plate or tray to set and garnish with Almonds and Pistachios. Keep it aside for 30 minutes to set, then cut it according to your wish. In this way your amazing barfi is ready to serve.
