Every laser is different, the amount of power your laser has, the maximum speed it can get to, and of course, all of the little idiosyncrasies that are impossible to identify from machine to machine are all factors in getting your settings just right. What ended up working very well for us Ran quite counter to a lot of the guidance that we read and watched. I am sharing this video in the hope that it helps someone else trying to do the same thing. It’s a much longer video than we are used to sharing and it’s going to be tedious for anyone who doesn’t want to understand the nuanceof experimentation.
