Today's video is all about how you can let go of expectations of others and really diving into pure freedom and confidence in your relationships without being disappointed constantly. I understand how hard it can be to hold on to these things that weigh us down. Trust me, I do it every day. But I have found so much has changed in my relationships for the better with all types of people around me after understanding more about the domino effect of this trait.
