The 2025 Tri-C Karting season is finally here, and Round 1 at K1 Circuit did not disappoint! I lined up P4 on the grid in the Tillotson 225 4-stroke class, ready for a long and intense 16-lap main event.
Right from the start it was non-stop action — battling for position, slicing through lapped traffic, and fighting to keep pace. The track was tricky, and I had my hands full with oversteer through the S’s, making the kart a real challenge to keep under control. The laps felt endless, and the physical strain of 16 laps pushed me to my limit.
As the race unfolded, the field stayed tight, and the intensity only grew. By the closing stages, it all came down to a last lap battle for position — one of the most thrilling and exhausting races I’ve done.
