This construction timelapse video captures the entire building process of One Forty West - a landmark high-rise in Frankfurt developed by Commerz Real. Located next to the Frankfurt trade fair grounds, the tower combines hotel space, exclusive residential units, and striking modern architecture in one iconic structure.

Rising to 145 meters with over 40 floors, One Forty West stands among the most distinctive additions to the Frankfurt high-rise skyline. Our construction timelapse camera documented the site continuously for 36 months - from the first foundation works to the final structure. Positioned on the rooftop of a neighboring tower, the system delivered ultra-sharp 40-megapixel images for a cinematic construction timelapse.

Working at an interval of one image per minute, the camera operated reliably and with minimal maintenance. The result is a powerful timelapse video showing the transformation of the construction site, the growing silhouette of the tower, and the changing light across seasons and years.

More than a typical construction site timelapse, this film tells the visual story of urban change in Frankfurt - portraying One Forty West as a symbol of architectural and structural progress. Composed of millions of high-resolution frames, the construction timelapse video condenses years of development into just a few minutes.

Following completion, the timelapse camera remained on-site and continued to document the neighboring Senckenberg Tower project - demonstrating the long-term durability of our technology and its role in capturing major construction videos for evolving cityscapes.

Dieses Zeitraffer Video dokumentiert den Bau des Hochhauses One Forty West - ein herausragendes Bauprojekt in Frankfurt, welches von Commerz Real realisiert wurde. In direkter Nachbarschaft zum Messegelände vereint das Gebäude Hotelnutzung, exklusives Wohnen und moderne Architektur auf eindrucksvolle Weise.

Mit 145 Metern Höhe und über 40 Etagen gehört der One Forty West zu den markantesten Hochhäusern in Frankfurt. Unsere Baustellenkamera begleitete den gesamten Bauprozess über 36 Monate hinweg - vom Fundament bis zur Fertigstellung. Die Zeitrafferkamera wurde dafür auf dem Dach eines benachbarten Hochhauses installiert und lieferte mit 40 Megapixeln gestochen scharfe Bilder für eine filmische Baudokumentation.

Das System arbeitete mit einem Intervall von einem Bild pro Minute - zuverlässig, wartungsarm und stabil. So entstand ein Bauzeitraffer, der den Wandel des Geländes, die wachsende Silhouette des Turms und wechselnde Lichtstimmungen über drei Jahre hinweg einfing.

Der daraus entstandene Film ist mehr als eine Baustellendokumentation: Er zeigt den One Forty West als Teil der städtebaulichen Transformation Frankfurts in Millionen von eindrucksvollen und hochauflösenden Bilder.

Nach Projektabschluss blieb die Zeitrafferkamera im Einsatz und dokumentierte den Bau des benachbarten Senckenberg Turms.
