Sunday Drive Along PCH with Stop at Sandy's Beach Shack and US Open Surfing

The weather is so nice I decided to drive the TVR over to Huntington Beach and do a little cruising on PCH. Asako and I were joined by our friends John and Diana with them driving their 1967 Austin Healy 3000. We ate at one of my favorite restaurants, Sandy’s Beach Shack located right at the HB pier under Duke’s. I love this place for its food and people watching with the open-air patio adjacent to the boardwalk.
Parking was a little tough as when we got into the area we found that the US Open Surfing competition was going on. We did a little checking out of the event. Played some ping-pong, cornhole, and even some slacklining.
I kept the cruising on PCH down to a minimum in this video as I expect it would be pretty boring to watch. Not to fear if you like the construction/building videos better, I have plenty I still want to do with the TVR. Sorry for the sound quality. I am experimenting with ways to capture how good the TVR sounds. Back to the drawing board on that one.
