In this video I make a casting block on my lathe that I will be using for casting sterling silver rings. I make the casting block out of a 1/4" thick 2 1/4" round piece of aluminum pipe. I will be using Delft clay in the future to cast sterling silver rings in this casting block and there will be many videos to come in the future where you see me using this casting block to make rings.
