In 2008, architect George Clarke visit the Walkers, who acquired a derelict 18th century Georgian coach house in a village in East Sussex near a town called Hastings. They dream of converting the property into a wonderful family home. Although, the couple have no building experience, but would like to do as much of the work themselves as possible. Plus Lisa wants to attempt herself to build a kitchen from start to finish. Will they be able to achieve the restoration?
