Printing with a 0.6mm nozzle on the Bambu Lab H2C — and overall the print quality is genuinely really good… until a proper seam line shows up on a customer-facing print.
In this video I test Scarf Joint using a Maker World cylinder pair (Scarf Joint vs regular seam), then try applying it to a real lampshade print. I also hit a key discovery while editing: the model wall is 0.8mm, while the profile defaults to about 0.62mm on a 0.6mm nozzle (single perimeter), which may affect how the wall (and scarf joint) is generated.
I also run vase mode tests: two failures (caught by spaghetti detection), a control print in normal mode, and one vase mode success… with a twist.
Not sponsored — I bought the H2C with my own money.
These shades are not my design and I’m not allowed to share the files — they’re Leah’s shades from Maker World.
