The week before trial began, Progressive Auto Insurance offered our client $25,000 for her TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) that was the result of a car accident caused by their insured. Recognizing that this offer was grossly inadequate for the permanent head injury and seizures that will affect
Ms. Williams for the rest of her life, we decided to take the matter to court.

We went to court and received a jury verdict of $2,900,000.
