I Lost __ Pounds Eating Only Subway For 30 Days

Want to see me eat only Subway for one whole month? If this doesn't convince you to subscribe to me then I don't know what will!
Video Notes (for anyone interested in knowing some more of my thoughts):
1. Jared Fogle (former face of Subway, who lost his title for being a disgusting criminal) lost 245 pounds in 11 month so to keep pace with him I would need to lose 22.27 pounds (lbs) this month.
2. Hopefully just like Milad Mirg, Subway will help me blow up on YouTube. Fingers crossed! (Maybe I should do Subway ASMR)
3. The amount of exercise I did was actually quite minimal, so not much of the weight loss is attributable to me exercising a lot.
4. The reason why the footlong and the sidekick together only added up to 670 calories is because I was mostly eating on veggie subs. If you were to add meat onto it, it would definitely be more than just 670 calories.
5. Part of the reason why this diet may be good is because it makes you less likely to splurge on eating because you need to be conscious about the amount of money you're spending. I know that personally that was definitely a factor that played a role in me eating less.

7. Full disclosure, I actually went to the hospital on Day 19 of this challenge, and it was discovered that I likely had a stomach ulcer. I did not want to include that in this video because the doctors told me that it has nothing to do with my diet but rather I may have contracted some bacteria somehow. If the doctors told me that it was because of my diet then not only would I have stopped this challenge right away, but I also would have included it in the video (assuming I even release the video at all at that point). But if you think about it, it doesn't really make sense for Subway to be the cause of this because not only did Jared Fogle do it for 11 months but also there's tons of people who work at Subway everyday who make a regular part of their diet.

9. PLEASE REMEMBER that calories are not the only way to determine weight loss and health! I never claimed this, but I just found it interesting to make predictions using calories as the main model. Also, being at the huge deficit of 1830 cals per day is not necessarily good for weight loss either, because if you're not eating enough your metabolism could slow down (among other things). I'm not sure if this took place in my body or not. What I can say is that this 1830 caloric deficit was not applicable for the whole 30 days, particularly towards the end when I was getting more hungry and decided to let myself have more than what I was having towards the beginning.
