In this Solo RPG mystery series, I’m building an entire murder investigation using the Mythic GM Emulator, along with the Creating Mystery Adventures article from Mythic Magazine #6. There’s no script, no pre-written plot, and no idea where it’s heading. Just a shadowy steampunk rail station, a dead informant, and a tough freelance operative named Silva Rook trying to make sense of it all.
The story unfolds scene by scene using the Mystery Matrix, a tool featured in the article that helps you track clues, follow suspects, and unravel the mystery through improvised solo play.
🚨 In this video, you’ll experience:
✔ A steampunk murder mystery created through pure solo RPG play
✔ Mythic’s unique take on clue tracking with the Mystery Matrix
✔ Scene-by-scene investigation using Fate Questions and Discovery Checks
✔ How “Creating Mystery Adventures” works in real gameplay
